Usage:
Used for canning oil drums. Features: Long lifespan, no dragging and wearing on the floor; uses compression spring balance for easy operation; neat and aesthetically pleasing appearance, clean working area.

Selection Principles:
1. Application Range: Filling operations for various petrochemical liquids.
2. Seal Materials: Oil-resistant Nitrile Rubber, Fluorine Rubber.
3. Material: Low-carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy in three types.
4. Installation Height: Approximately 100mm higher than the drum.
Installation:
(1) The interface flange installation elevation is equal to or slightly higher than the height of the drum opening on the vehicle, typically ranging from +2.25 to 2.5 meters.
(2) The user-provided base pipeline, with a 2" import flange, should be able to withstand the tilting moment of the crane boom, which is 325 N·m, and should be securely fastened to the oil-dispensing platform.
(3) The axis of the large turntable must be vertical, or the import flange must be on a horizontal plane; otherwise, the crane boom operation will have one direction lighter and one direction heavier.
(4) When mounted against a wall, the imported flange should be at least 400mm away from the wall to prevent the balancer from hitting it.
(5) Users should adjust the vertical and horizontal installation as needed; simply rotate the connecting nut 90° to change position.
