Installation:
(1) The connection point between the pier and the crane pipe should be equipped with a standard flange corresponding to the crane pipe, with the height of the flange from the rail surface being 3.7 to 4.0 meters.
(2) During assembly, refer to the working drawing and install components in order from the base turntable to the vertical aluminum tube, bottom up. Then, install the balancer.
(3) During the installation of the balancer, first raise the oil transfer arm to approximately 60°, insert the pin shafts of the balancer into the hooks, then align the double ears of the balancer's one-end pull rod with the single ear on the housing of the lifting and rotating mechanism, insert the pin shaft, and finally, fit the cotter pin.
(4) When adjusting the balancing force, place the oil pump in a horizontal position, unscrew the end cover of the balancer, and the adjusting screw can be seen. If the crane pipe has a tendency to descend freely, tighten the screw with a socket wrench. If the crane pipe has a tendency to rise freely, loosen the screw until the crane pipe's oil delivery arm can stabilize within the range of -5° to 60°.
(5) Necessary safety measures should be taken during installation to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
