Low-temperature loading arm (low-temperature crane pipe) should have features such as applicability to low-temperature operating conditions, long service life, and safety and reliability. It should be capable of connecting the loading platform with the tank car, meeting the requirements for fluid flow. During overall design or selection of component design, convenience for replacing the rotating joint seal should be considered. Additionally, for operational safety, measures must be taken to prevent sparks from static electricity, friction, or collisions.

Product Structure:
The low-temperature loading arm is composed of structures such as the upright column, liquid phase arm, gas recovery arm, balancing device, nitrogen blow-off device, static electricity guide device, rotating joint, and emergency shutdown valve.
The base of the pillar is equipped with a connection plate, secured to the loading platform with 4 bolts.
Rotary connectors require reliable sealing, smooth rotation, and high strength with a long service life. The replacement method for the sealing rings is simple and convenient. The raw materials for manufacturing low-temperature loading arms must have a quality certificate.

Process Method:
1. The inner and outer rings are precision-machined in a single operation on a CNC lathe, ensuring dimensional accuracy.
2. Inner ring stainless steel sealing surface with mirror-polished finish
3. Outer rings are all treated with T235 hardening process
4. All sealing surfaces (both metallic sealing surfaces and sealing ring sealing surfaces) are polished to a mirror finish.
5. Strict inspections are conducted at each process.
6. LNG Crane Pipe (Low Temperature Crane Pipe) - All pipeline welding processes use TIG tungsten electrode argon arc welding, with welds inspected and meeting Grade II or above requirements.
