This system utilizes an automatic license plate recognition algorithm based on flow, which does not require ground sensors. It captures vehicle images and identifies license plates. When a vehicle enters the community entrance, the license plate recognition algorithm automatically takes a photo and identifies the license plate number, recording the plate number, color, plate features, and entry time information. Vehicles can enter and exit the parking lot without obstacles, providing users with a brand-new service model.

The system automatically identifies the license plate numbers and features of vehicles entering the community, verifies the legitimate identity of users, automatically compares against a blacklist, triggers alarms, and can monitor and manage the entire parking lot, including entrance/exit management, internal management, data collection, storage, and system operational status for administrator oversight, maintenance, statistics, inquiries, and report printing.
