This system employs an automatic license plate recognition algorithm utilizing vehicle flow, without the need for ground sensors. It captures vehicle images and recognizes license plates. When a vehicle enters the community entrance, the license plate recognition algorithm automatically captures a photo of the vehicle and identifies the license plate number, recording the plate number, color, plate features, and entry time information. Vehicles can freely enter and exit the parking lot, providing users with a brand-new service model.

The system automatically identifies the vehicle numbers and license plate features entering the community, verifies the user's legal identity, automatically compares against the blacklist database, triggers alarms, and can monitor and manage the entire parking lot, including entrance and exit management, internal management, data collection, storage, and system operational status. This allows administrators to conduct monitoring, maintenance, statistics, inquiries, and printing of reports.
