This system utilizes an automatic license plate recognition algorithm based on flow, which does not require ground sensors. It captures and identifies vehicle plates. When a vehicle enters the community entrance, the license plate recognition algorithm automatically takes a photo of the vehicle and identifies the plate number. It records the plate number, color, plate features, and entry time information. Vehicles can enter and exit the parking lot without any obstacles, providing users with a brand-new service model.

The system automatically identifies the vehicle numbers and license plate features upon entering the community, verifies the user's legal identity, automatically compares against the blacklist database, triggers alarms, and can monitor and manage the entire parking lot, including entrance/exit management, internal management, data collection and storage, and system operational status for administrative monitoring, maintenance, statistics, inquiries, and report printing.
