The AMADA Miyachi Welding Tester MM-410A is a handheld measuring instrument designed for resistance welders. It measures current, voltage, current flow time, pressure, external voltage input (up to 10 V) "1, and external current input (4 to 20 mA) *1, displaying their waveforms. (*1: You can set it to measure either the external voltage input or the external current input.) The LCD screen ensures that the welding current and force waveforms are clearly visible for quality control.
MM-40A features include simple operation via a 5.7-inch color touchscreen menu selection method, and can easily set operational parameters. It can be measured according to ISO 17657 standards, in addition to the previous calculation method of the arithmetic mean effective value, the ISO 17657 compatibility mode calculates the effective value from the full power-on time. It is compliant with ISO 17657 using ISO-standard circular loops.

· Rich and diverse waveform display feature
The zoom display function allows for adjustable intervals on the X-axis (time) and Y-axis (pressure, current), with the horizontal card equipped with a moving mountain quantity. It features a cursor measurement function to determine the values of various parts of the waveform. The waveform's optimal display (fitting) function allows for waveform movement and zooming during display. When the waveform display is removed from the screen, the measured waveform can be adjusted to an optimal size and then re-displayed on the screen.
· Simultaneously measure the pressure and welding current during power-on using an additional pressure sensor (MA-770A/771A), to measure both the pressure and welding current during power-on simultaneously
Measure in progress.
·Recorded measurement values and waveforms
Values and waveform records can be saved to USB or internal flash memory.
·Manage measurement data on a computer via Ethernet and USB communication, and send measurement data to the computer; ·Corresponds to various types of welding machines
Supports single-phase AC, DC inverter, AC inverter, and transistor welders.
· Supports multiple languages
Choose your language from Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, German, French, or Spanish.
Measurement of sequence current
In a 5-minute mobile measurement, the arc welding involves current/voltage, while DC welding measures voltage.
