Inductive Current Separator (also known as Copper-Aluminum Separator, Non-Ferrous Metal Inductive Current Separator) is a high-tech metal and non-metal separation equipment. The Inductive Current Separator exhibits excellent separation effects on various non-magnetic metals, effectively separating non-metallic materials from non-ferrous metals and recycling various non-ferrous metals. It achieves mechanization and automation of the separation process, reducing labor costs for enterprises and effectively increasing product value-added. The Inductive Current Separator is suitable for the recovery of various non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, etc., from urban waste, industrial waste, electronic waste, glass fragments, old plastic windows and doors, urban wood waste, boiler bottom ash, mixed metal materials, and shredded waste vehicles, as well as for material processing and sorting in the environmental protection industry.

Principle of Induction Current Sorting Machine
The eddy current separator is designed based on the principle that conductors can generate induced currents in a high-frequency alternating magnetic field. During operation, the machine produces a strong alternating high-frequency magnetic field on the surface of the sorting magnetic roller. When non-ferrous metals enter the magnetic field sorting area, eddy currents are induced within the metal blocks. These eddy currents generate a magnetic field opposite to the direction of the magnetic field, causing non-ferrous metals (such as copper, aluminum) to be repelled by the magnetic field and leap forward along the direction of conveyance, achieving separation from other non-metallic substances. The main criterion for judging the separation effect is the ratio of material conductivity to density; materials with a higher ratio are easier to separate. Applications include: plastic, glass, electronic waste, municipal solid waste, auto shredder recycling, mixed material recycling, industrial slag tailings recovery, municipal waste recycling, and sorting of various metals.
Product Application:
Eddy current separators are used for the sorting of urban waste, industrial waste, electronic waste, glass fragments, old plastic windows and doors, aluminum alloy, boiler slag, and shredded waste vehicles, including the recovery of various non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum. They are also suitable for material handling and sorting in the environmental protection industry. Welcome customers to bring materials for trial runs at our factory!
