Working Principle
When granular materials pass beneath the permanent magnet self-discharging iron separator, approximately 0.1-0.36 kg of ferromagnetic impurities mixed in the materials are attracted. Due to the continuous operation of the conveyor belt on the separator, when the attracted ferromagnetic materials pass through the non-magnetic zone, they are scraped off by the iron components on the belt and thrown into the iron collection box, thereby achieving the purpose of continuous automatic iron removal.
