Vast iron resources are found in the vast隔壁滩 desert of our country, but due to their low iron content, they must undergo a pre-screening and dry separation process to remove most of the larger particles with even lower iron content, followed by dry magnetic separation. The CTG-918 double-roll opposing dry magnetic separator is a new product developed by our engineering technicians through over two years of scientific experiments and on-site investigation. This product passed the expert evaluation by the Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Department in January 2010, reaching the domestic technical level in the dry separation technology for desert sand iron ore, filling a domestic gap. The magnetic system uses a multi-pole design with a large package angle, and the magnetic source employs neodymium-iron boron, known as the "magnet king," featuring high magnetic field strength and a large gradient, which is particularly suitable for dry separation of magnetite tailings and purification, significantly reducing the mill's load, transforming the mill from processing coarse grains to fine ones.
