Vibration dampers come in various structural forms, such as double-column crank mechanical transmission test machines and electro-hydraulic servo test machines. Comparing the two different structural test machines, the mechanical test machine has a simple structure and low price. However, due to its high installation position, it is not convenient to operate, requiring more physical effort from the operator and resulting in low production efficiency, which is especially important in large-scale production. The other electro-hydraulic servo test machine is versatile and has a wide range of applications, but it produces significant hydraulic station noise, occupies a large area, and has high environmental requirements for the hydraulic system, especially considering its high cost. Therefore, it is more suitable for laboratory use in factory quality control departments for product development and comprehensive performance testing. As a result, most factories use mechanical dynamometers for product output dynamometer tests.

Based on our years of experience and combining the characteristics of product structures domestically and internationally, we have designed a demonstration machine with an upper-crank open structure. This machine serves as a testing equipment for shock absorber performance testing, utilizing variable-frequency motor speed control, computer control, capable of plotting power stroke diagrams, issuing alarms for不合格 items, and providing test reports. It is mainly used for online detection.

5. The upper clamp design is ingeniously crafted, with extremely easy operation and replacement. By changing to different clamps, various structural forms and specifications of shock absorbers can be tested for their performance.

6. Computer-controlled, with screen display of test results and power stroke diagrams, featuring audio-visual alarm function, and automatically determines product qualification.
