Vibration dampers have various structural forms, such as double-column, downward-crank mechanical transmission testing machines and electro-hydraulic servo testing machines. Comparing the two different structural testing machines, the mechanical ones are simple in structure and low in price, but due to their higher installation position, they are not convenient to operate, requiring greater physical effort from the operator and low production efficiency, especially in bulk production where ease of operation is even more crucial. The other electro-hydraulic servo testing machine is versatile and has a wide range of applications, but it is noisy and occupies a large area due to its hydraulic station, and the hydraulic system demands a higher environmental standard, particularly with its expensive price tag. Therefore, it is more suitable for the quality control department's laboratory in factories, used for product development and comprehensive performance testing.
