Principle:
1. The magnetic separator separates sludge and medium through the separator, with the separated magnetic powder returned to the loading reaction pond for repeated use. 2. Main components: motor, reducer, drum, bracket, elastic scraper, upper and lower water trough structure, guide channel, flushing water connection, cleaning opening, overflow prevention overflow port, anti-rigid scraper contact drum device, observation light window, and small flip cover, etc.
3. Structure and Performance: The magnetic separator is drum-shaped, with a working area magnetic field strength of >3500 (5000) Gauss. It can extract and recover the vast majority of magnetic particles from sludge. The magnetic particles not extracted represent the loss, which is extremely minimal. The magnetic separator has a recovery rate of magnetic particles greater than 99.96%, and when calculated per treated wastewater volume, the loss is ≤4.0g per ton of water.
4. Core Component Material: High-performance rare earth neodymium iron boron magnets. Under conditions of -10℃ to 40℃ and without external severe impact or vibration damage, the magnetic field intensity can maintain less than a 5% decay over 10 years.
