While measuring the thickness of the workpiece, the 45MG thickness gauge features a comprehensive built-in dual alphanumeric data recorder for easy storage and transfer of thickness readings and waveform data. Data recorder options include the GageView interface program.

• 475,000 thickness readings built-in, or 20,000 waveforms with thickness readings

• Filename not exceeding 32 characters

• Identification Code (ID#) or TML# up to 20 characters

• The GageView interface program can communicate with the 45MG thickness gauge, by means of:

• Files can be directly exported to a microSD storage card in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format compatible with Excel or in .txt format.

On the PC, it can be seen that by using different colors for the data in the grid, it is clearly indicated which thicknesses exceed the tolerance.
