2Cr12NiMo1W1V steel is a reinforced 12%Cr type martensitic heat-resistant stainless steel. Due to its slightly higher content of alloying elements such as Cr, W, and Mo, its strength is higher than that of 1Cr12WMoV steel. The steel has low notch sensitivity, excellent vibration resistance, and anti-relaxation properties, with good overall performance. It is equivalent to the US C-422 steel and the Japanese SUH616 steel. It is used for turbine blades, belts, and bolts, valves, and rods operating at temperatures not exceeding 540°C, and at temperatures up to 649°C when used for low-stress antioxidant parts.
