Introduction
Stainless Steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti is equivalent to Stainless Steel (SUS321) and belongs to the Austenitic structure category. 1Cr18Ni9Ti consists of 1% carbon, 18% chromium, 9% nickel, and the numbers 1, 18, and 9 represent the content of titanium (‰), chromium (%), and nickel (%) respectively.
This is a grade of stainless steel material in China. It is used for making acid-resistant containers and equipment linings, anti-magnetic instruments, medical devices, and has good intergranular corrosion resistance.
Chemical Composition
Carbon (C): ≤0.12%.
Silicon (Si): ≤1.00%
Manganese (Mn): ≤2.00%.
Sulfur (S): ≤0.030%.
Phosphorus (P): ≤0.035%.
Chromium (Cr): 17.00% to 19.00%
Nickel (Ni): 8.00% to 11.00%
Titanium (Ti): 5(C-0.02)% ~ 0.80%

Industry Regulations
Heat treatment specifications and microstructure:
Heat Treatment Specifications: 1) Solution treated at 920~1150℃ with rapid quenching; 2) Stabilization treatment can be performed upon the buyer's request, with heat treatment temperature at 850~930℃, but it must be noted in the contract.
Microstructure: Characterized by an Austenitic type.
Delivery Condition: Generally delivered in heat treated condition, with the type of heat treatment specified in the contract; if not specified, delivered in non-heat treated condition.
