TA2 pure titanium material in stock; Gr.2 titanium forgings supplier

Supplying new type of titanium alloy TA2, welcome all new and old customers to call for inquiries and orders!
In recent years, titanium alloy TA2 material, as a new type of material, has been widely used. Due to its lightweight, high strength, and corrosion resistance, it is not only extensively applied in aerospace, petrochemical, marine shipbuilding, and mechanical manufacturing sectors but is also currently used in the construction of surface ship piping systems. TA1 and TA2 are both industrial pure titanium alloys, with the distinction that TA2 contains higher levels of iron and oxygen, resulting in a higher strength than TA1, exceeding 440MPa. The working temperature of TA2 material is around 300°C.
Chemical composition of Gr2 titanium material:
TA2 Titanium (Ti) Content
Iron (Fe) ≤ 0.30
Carbon (C) ≤ 0.10
Nitrogen (N) ≤ 0.05
Hydrogen (H) ≤ 0.01%
Oxygen (O) ≤ 0.25.

Titanium alloy introduction provided by Guhuo.
Titanium is an allotrope with a melting point of 1720°C. Below 882°C, it forms a close-packed hexagonal lattice structure known as alpha titanium; above 882°C, it adopts a body-centered cubic lattice structure, referred to as beta titanium. By utilizing the distinct characteristics of these two structures in titanium, appropriate alloying elements are added to gradually alter its phase transition temperature and phase composition.
