Product Introduction
Jackfruit, also known as tree菠萝, is a tree in the Moraceae family. Cultivated in tropical humid regions, it is grown in Hainan, Guangdong, Guangxi, and southeastern Yunnan in our country. It starts bearing fruit from the 4th to 5th year. The fruit is large, elongated, brownish green, usually weighing between 8 to 10 kilograms, and can reach 15 to 20 kilograms. The jackfruit's flesh is pale yellow, and the varieties are mainly divided into two categories: wet and dry. The wet jackfruit has a hard skin, thick flesh, juicy, sweet, with a unique and strong aroma; the dry jackfruit has less juice, soft, sweet, and smooth, with a moderate aroma. When ripe, the skin is yellow-green or yellow-brown, with hexagonal tubercles and hard soft spines on the outer skin; the flesh is pale yellow-white, sweet and juicy, hence the name "Jackfruit."
