Our factory's production equipment:

1. Four large vacuum furnaces; processing high-speed steel, various molds, and metal accessories.

2. Three large belt furnace production lines, three blackening production lines, and processing for bolts, nozzles, nail clippers, powder metallurgy products, and other metal products.

3. Well-type gas carbon and nitriding furnaces, and a range of matching equipment. Capable of performing heat treatment processes such as tempering, quenching, normalizing, annealing, carburizing, nitriding, and aging of copper and aluminum alloys.

Our factory is equipped with testing equipment including metallographic microscopes, micro-hardness testers, Rockwell hardness testers, and metallographic image analysis systems.

Our factory currently employs over 60 staff members, including 8 senior and intermediate engineers and technicians with knowledge in heat treatment. They hold key positions such as factory director, production department supervisor, quality department supervisor, and team leader, playing a crucial role in ensuring our product quality.
