     Xuchang high-temperature far-infrared radiation paint utilizes transition metal oxides, zirconia, and refractory silicate materials. The high-temperature doping forms a solid solution, which not only increases the energy levels of the material's electrons and enhances the infrared radiation coefficient of thermal energy, but also maintains excellent properties such as heat resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. The addition of rare earth element oxides (such as)Y2O3The addition enhances the reactivity of the reactants and is an excellent material for doping and stabilizing the coating structure. Due to the varying radiation rates of different metals and rare earth oxides at different temperatures, selecting a variety of materials leverages their optimal radiation properties at various temperatures, compensating for the differences in radiation rates among different materials at various temperatures.       The main working principle of the Xuchang infrared high-temperature far infrared radiation coating is simply described as:800℃In the above environment, the paint forms a ceramic coating.
