The wear-resistant powder has a white powder appearance with fine and uniform particle size, and a density of 2.6g/cm3. It can prevent the agglomeration of organic materials and enhance their dispersibility during the pre-mixing of the base material, overcoming the difficulty in dispersing silica by the sedimentation method.
White Corundum Abrasive Powder Function: 1. Due to its special ultra-fine processing, the powder particles are spherical in shape, which, when used in powder coatings, not only maintains the matrix's other properties but also enhances them. This results in a coating with excellent corrosion and weather resistance. Moreover, the inherent hardness of the anti-scratch and wear-resistant particles (Mohs 70) strengthens the coating's hardness, thereby improving its scratch and abrasion resistance. 2. Its good fluidity improves the edge and corner coverage of the powder coating. Additionally, its low specific surface area property determines a low oil absorption rate, which can increase the critical binder volume concentration of the coating, reduce the amount of resin used, and thus save costs. It is also suitable for electrostatic spraying applications.
