White fused alumina
Product Specifications: Various specifications of white corundum micro powder, fine powder, segmented sand, and granular sand
Production Capacity: 50,000 tons/year
Application Scope: Widely used in refractory materials, bonded abrasives, coated abrasives, precision casting, casting coatings, and surface beautification treatment for various products, processes, or hardware, as well as for refractory bricks, casting materials, and nozzle sliders.
[Product Introduction]:
White corundum and white corundum micro-powder are produced from high-quality alumina powder through electric melting and crystallization. They feature high purity, good self-sharpening, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, high-temperature resistance, and stable thermal properties. Their hardness is slightly higher than that of brown corundum, with lower toughness. They have high purity, excellent self-sharpening, strong grinding power, low heat generation, high efficiency, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and good high-temperature stability. They are used to make abrasive tools, suitable for grinding high-carbon copper, high-speed steel, and other materials. White corundum micro-powder has wide applications, such as creating a misty aesthetic in polyresin or acrylic art pieces, sandblasting in TV screen manufacturing processes, refractory materials, and as additives in other ceramics.
Product Advantages
1. Does not affect the color of the processed parts.
2. Can be used for sandblasting in processes that strictly prohibit iron powder residue.
3. Micro-fine grade is highly suitable for wet sandblasting and polishing operations.
4. Fast processing speed with high quality.
5. Low iron oxide content is suitable for sandblasting operations that strictly prohibit iron residue.
6. Subject to pickling process for impurity removal.
Application Scope:
Abrasive tools: Mainly applicable to sandblasting, grinding, polishing, cutting discs, grinding wheels, bonded abrasives, coated abrasives, etc.
Fired Materials: Precision casting, refractory bricks, castables, etc.
