Usage Instructions:
Filling
Remove the lid, insert a tube with an outer diameter smaller than the sealing diameter for filling, then close the outer lid; if there's an inner lid, place it first before screwing on the outer lid.
2. The liquid filling temperature should not exceed 60°C. The product must cool to room temperature before securing the clamp or screwing on the outer cap; exceptions apply to products with gas stoppers. Insert the safety pin before the product is stored in the warehouse.
3. Screw cap products: First, tighten the inner cap, then the outer cap.
Avoid direct contact between the contents and the tension band during filling to prevent chemical damage to the tension band.
Storage and warehousing
After packaging, the drums are stacked on double-sided flat pallets, with the pallet dimensions not exceeding 1.3 meters. A maximum of two layers (three layers for 25L drums) can be stacked on each pallet. The drums on the upper and lower layers are aligned to ensure the bottom of the upper drum sits on the center of the lower drum's rim. The number of drums stacked depends on the size of the pallet, with the drum edges not exceeding the pallet edges. The drums on the pallet should be symmetrically stacked to keep the center of gravity of the entire pallet and the drums above it at the center of the pallet.
2. Buckets placed on pallets are packaged and secured with stretch wrap, ensuring that they are not crushed or deformed against each other, with deformation not exceeding 5%. After packaging, the number of layers on the pallet should not exceed two, with the top and bottom layers aligned to evenly distribute the weight of the upper layer.
Applied to the lower layer; the ground at the stacking area should be level and in a horizontal position.
3. Totes should be stored under cover to prevent exposure to sunlight, with storage temperatures below 40℃ and above -18℃.
4. The storage shelf life of the barrels is 2 years from the date of manufacture.
Loading and Transportation
When packaging hazardous goods for long-distance transport:
1. Pallets should be used for stacking, with the dimensions of the pallets not exceeding 1.3 meters, and the edge of the drums must not overhang the pallet edge.
2. The containers should be loaded into the containers or vehicles, ensuring that the layers are aligned vertically to prevent uneven stacking and instability. The container or vehicle must have rigid side walls and railings at least as tall as the containers to prevent them from toppling over.
