Plastic Pallet Quick Facts

1. Type

a. Double-Sided: These plastic pallets are suitable for use on both sides and are widely used for stacking and shelf applications.

b. Single-sided Type: Available in shelf-type, standard type, and common type. Select different single-sided deck boards based on the choice of different T-grid, I-grid, nine-leg grid plastic pallets, I-grid flat plastic pallets, and nine-leg flat plastic pallets, as well as moisture-proof board methods from Yuan Kang Plastic Pallet manufacturers.

c. Flat Type: Surface is flat and mostly planar, with some flat type pallets having a few mesh holes on the surface.

d. Mesh-type: Surface is flat and most of the surface is meshed.

2. Flexibility

a. Bending Force: Immediate bending force prevents goods on the pallet from falling off when lifted by a forklift.

b. Bend: After the plastic pallet is placed on the shelf, its bend will gradually increase; in an automated warehouse, the bend must not exceed ten millimeters.

3. Static and dynamic load requirements

a. Load Capacity: The maximum weight that a forklift can lift in one operation.

b. Static Load: The weight that the lower tray in a stack can bear.

c. Overhead Load (Shelf Loading): The allowable weight of goods placed on shelves when packaged on a pallet. The load capacity varies significantly with the type of shelf, temperature, and storage duration.
