The 1210 C-channel pallets are typically made from HDPE and HDPP materials; they are molded in one piece for durability. Under normal conditions, the aging cycle of a pallet made from HDPE material is about 20 years, with an average service life of over 5 years.

The 1210 I-Beam Pallet features an I-Beam bottom structure and a grid panel design, hence also known as the 1210 I-Beam Grid Pallet. It allows for four-way forklift access with fork entry points of 270mm and 245mm respectively; suitable for both mechanical and manual forklifts.
