The process flow mainly includes crushing, grinding, grading, packaging, storage, conveying, and lifting.。

The ball mill can be connected in parallel with multiple classifiers for grading, or in series with multiple classifiers for grading, allowing the production of multiple particle size products simultaneously. The ball mill and classifier form a closed-loop recycling system.
● The selection of ball mills is customized based on the hardness, grindability, particle size, and yield of minerals, with non-standard design. The lining plate shape and ball (segment) gradation are tailored according to years of engineering experience, significantly enhancing the grinding efficiency of ball mills and reducing energy consumption of the product.
● The optional classifiers can be selected according to the different fineness of the product, with the FW series classifiers suitable for grading products with a D97 range of 2-20 micrometers, and the FL series classifiers for products with a D97 range of 8-45 micrometers. Each classifier features a wide product adjustment range, making them highly adaptable to the market.
● When a production line is producing multiple varieties simultaneously, we can串联multiple graders. Through the optimized combination of coarse and fine graders, we ensure low energy consumption, adjusted particle size distribution, and reduced over-grinding by ball mills.
