Operating Principle:

The twin-screw mixer rapidly blends materials, with the spiral blades of the agitator shaft in motion, causing the inner and outer spiral blades to flip the material over a wide range. The inner spiral blade moves the material to the sides, while the outer spiral blade draws the material inward from the sides, creating a back-and-forth渗混 process. Additionally, some material is propelled by the spiral blades without axial or radial movement, thus forming a convectional circulation. Due to the aforementioned motion of stirring, the material achieves a quick and even blend in a shorter period of time.
