High-pressure reactorThe kettle body material is primarily made ofManufactured from 1cr18Ni10Ti stainless steel, we can also produce titanium materials (TA2), nickel (Ni6), and composite steel plates according to different medium requirements. The kettle body structure includes flat covers, dome covers, and closed reaction kettle bodies with manholes. The openings on the kettle covers can be designed according to customer specifications. Heating methods available for ordering include jacketed steam, jacketed hot oil, and electric heating. For kettle inner surfaces that require polishing, we can achieve mirror-like polishing to the specified level. For processing high-viscosity materials, conical bottoms are provided for easy discharge and cleaning.

Basic Structure and Principles:
1. The kettle body and kettle cover are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. The kettle body is connected to the flange by a threaded joint, and the kettle cover is a flat plate cover. Both are securely fastened together with main bolts and nuts distributed evenly around the circumference.

This design, relying on the high precision and smoothness of the contact surfaces, achieves an excellent sealing effect.
3. The outer casing of the reactor is equipped with a barrel-shaped silicon carbide furnace core, with the electric furnace wire passing through the core. The end of the wire exits from the lower side of the furnace shell and connects to the controller via a wiring stud and rubber-sheathed cable.
4. The kettle lid is equipped with a pressure gauge, a burst film safety device, a gas-liquid phase valve, and a temperature sensor, facilitating real-time monitoring of the reaction inside the kettle, adjusting the medium ratio within, and ensuring safe operation.
5. The coupling is mainly composed of a pair of inner and outer magnetic rings with strong magnetic force, with a pressure-bearing spacer in between. The stirrer is driven by a servo motor via the coupling. By controlling the speed of the servo motor, the speed of the stirrer can be controlled as well.
6. The top of the separator is equipped with a speed sensing coil. As the integrated stirrer and the internal magnetic ring rotate, the speed sensing coil generates an induced electromotive force. This voltage corresponds to the stirrer's rotational speed, which is then transmitted to the speedometer, where it can display the stirrer's rotational speed.
7. Magnetic couplings are equipped with cooling water jackets between the drum cover, and cooling water should be circulated when the operating temperature is high, as well as to prevent demagnetization due to excessive magnetic steel temperature.
8. Bearings are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel or high-strength electrographite, offering excellent wear resistance and a long maintenance cycle.
