Stainless steel flanges are disc-shaped components commonly used in pipeline engineering. They are used in pairs and in conjunction with matching flanges on valves. In pipeline projects, flanges are primarily used for connecting pipes. For pipes that require connection, a flange disc is installed. Threaded flanges can be used for low-pressure pipes, while welding flanges are used for pressures above 4 kg. A sealing gasket is placed between the two flange discs, and then secured with bolts. Flanges of different pressures have varying thicknesses and require different types of stainless steel flanges.
Bolts.
1. Connect piping and maintain the sealing performance of the piping.
2. Easy for replacement of a specific pipeline section.
3. Easy to disassemble for checking pipeline conditions.
4. Easy for sealing a section of pipeline.
