Hotel Building Structure Safety Inspection and Identification Report
The house safety assessment detects potential safety hazards in our properties. Once safety risks are identified, the house inspection department will notify the property owners through house inspection reports, enabling them to clearly understand the safety issues, whether repairs are needed, or if reports are required, all aiming to ensure the personal safety of the occupants. Therefore, the significance of house safety assessment is to enhance the safety of the occupants.
Utilize equipment to test the architectural structure, including its appearance, interior, physical, and chemical properties, and analyze the obtained data.

Residential safety assessment primarily involves on-site investigations, inspections, and structural analyses with repeated calculations. It is the process of certifying the safety of the inspected buildings, mainly based on identified hazardous signs, safety hazards, or any buildings requiring a safety assessment.
For house inspections, the following aspects should be checked: For rooms that have been handed over with rough decoration, the walls need to be checked for smoothness, without any noticeable undulations; the floor should be clean and free of sanding. When inspecting the house quality, the kitchen and bathroom wall tiles should be assessed for their quality; the tiles should not have cracks or hollows, and should be properly laid. Check for lime "explosions" on the walls; if the lime has not been sufficiently aged, or if there is too much sand in the cement or it is not mixed evenly, tapping on the "explosions" with a metal tool will reveal large areas of looseness and detachment, indicating quality issues.
