Composite steel grating
◆ Composite steel grating is a product consisting of steel grating with certain transverse load-bearing capacity and a sealed surface with patterned plates.
◆ After hot-dip galvanized treatment, composite steel grating may experience warping and deformation due to heat, especially for larger sizes. It is difficult to flatten, so please pay attention to the selection of the size.
◆ Composite steel grating commonly uses Series 3 steel grating as the base, Series 1 or Series 2 can also be used; patterned steel grating typically uses 3mm thick plates, 4mm, 5mm, or 6mm plates can also be chosen.
Composite steel mesh plate
◆ A double mesh panel is made by welding a steel mesh to the front or bottom surface of a steel grating, which can prevent small items from falling out. Using double mesh panels in grain silos, restaurants, and warehouses can prevent mice and other small animals from entering.
◆ The reinforced mesh panel is bottomed with steel grating, available in various models of steel mesh.
Installation Method
◆Directly weld steel grating or tread plates onto the supporting steel structure, and apply two coats of zinc-rich paint at the welding joints.
◆ Available in stainless steel installation clamps or bolt connections, etc., as per your requirement.
◆The spacing for steel grating installation is generally 100mm.
◆ Be sure to install securely and reliably; regular inspections are required to prevent loose and detached mounting brackets, and welding near vibrating steel grating or adding rubber pads.
