Galvanized steel grid covers, also known as grid plates, are a type of steel product formed by crossing flat steel bars at certain intervals with crossbars,焊接成带有方形格子的结构。They are primarily used for making galvanized grid panels, channel covers, steel structure platform panels, and stair treads. The crossbars are typically made of twisted square steel. As a new material and product, it is gaining wider application due to its numerous superior properties and favorable performance-to-cost ratio, indicating its promising future.
Galvanized grating panels, and after the grating panels are produced, they need to undergo anti-rust treatment. There are two types: hot dipped galvanizing and electro galvanizing (cold galvanizing).
The hot-dip galvanizing standard is: GB/T 13912-2002 Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Hot-Dip Galvanizing of Iron and Steel Products; Cold-dip galvanizing is not recommended due to its high pollution.
