Anti-slip steel grating raw material for chemical plant
Anti-slip steel grating, also known as toothed steel grating or toothed tread plate, is made by welding toothed steel grating.
Teeth-shaped Flat Steel: Generally made of Q235 material. The difference between teeth-shaped flat steel and ordinary flat steel lies in the uneven teeth on one side of the flat steel, which offers good anti-slip properties, making it suitable for anti-slip tread plates.
Boasts all the features of a standard steel grating while also having its own unique characteristics.
Coil steel: Also known as twisted square steel, typically composed of square steel bars twisted into a coil, usually in sizes of 5x5, 6x6, or 8x8.
Anti-slip tread plates feature slightly higher cost than standard flat steel grating, offering a variety of types including T1 to T4 tread plates for selection. Easy to install, they can be welded or bolted for secure fixation, with a long service life. Installation can be completed by just one or two people, and they are convenient to clean.
Teethed grating plates are widely used in various fields such as oil, chemical industry, ports, power, transportation, papermaking, steel, food, municipal, real estate, and manufacturing.
