The toothed hot-dip galvanized steel grating is made by welding flat steel with a serrated edge. In addition to the characteristics and applications of ordinary steel grating, it also boasts excellent anti-slip properties, particularly suitable for moist, slippery areas, and offshore oil drilling platforms. The grating is composed of a grid pattern, with the longitudinal direction being the load-bearing flat, which is the length direction of the steel grating; and the transverse direction being the crossbars, which is the width direction of the steel grating.
Manufacturing of toothed hot-dip galvanized steel grating: The surface can be hot-dip galvanized or painted to prevent oxidation, or made of stainless steel. Due to the significantly lower corrosion resistance of painted steel grating compared to hot-dip galvanized steel grating, and the high cost of stainless steel grating, hot-dip galvanized steel grating is generally used.
