2.1 Performance

2.2. Features

◆ The instrument adopts an industrial computer architecture and is applicable to all models of SF6 switches, GIS integrated electrical equipment, vacuum switches, oil switches, pole-mounted switches, and contactors with metal contact tips produced both domestically and internationally.

◆ Sensors: Acceleration velocity sensors, rotational velocity sensors, and linear stroke sensors are extremely easy and straightforward to install.Three-phase speed, stroke, opening distance, and overshoot parameters displayed.

◆ Trigger Methods: Internal Trigger, External Trigger, Sensor Trigger, and Manual Trigger.Manual triggering can be used for characteristic tests of manual circuit breakers that can be manually opened and closed (without opening and closing coils), such as manual open/close switches on pole posts. Sensor triggering is mainly used for special requirements in places like switch factories.

III. Terms and Definitions

 Break (Close) Time Power-up time from the (split/closed) coil to the moment the moving and stationary contacts just separate (close).

 ● Phase Synchronization: In phase synchronization, the switching (on/off) time * is the largest.*Just a small difference.

 ● Intervals同期: Separation (or Closing) Time among the Three Phases*Large &*Just a little difference.

 Average Speed: The ratio of the travel distance of the moving contact during the opening and closing process, with the front and rear 10% of the total travel distance removed, taking the middle 80%, to the time taken for the movement.

 ● *High Speed: During the opening and closing process, after the moving contact starts to move, take every 10ms of the moving contact's movement as a speed counting unit until the moving contact stops, obtaining a certain number of speed unit values, among which...*Large unit speed value equals to breaking (closing) speed*High speed.

 ● Break (Close) Speed: Varies by the manufacturer of the switch being tested and the specific switch model, as each manufacturer defines different break (close) speeds.

     If none of the above definitions are adopted, users can define the velocity sampling segment for the initial separation and closure speeds based on the time path characteristic curve measured by the tester (the travel has a directional property). The instrument will then automatically calculate the user-defined initial separation and closure speeds (the ratio of travel to time within the sampling segment).
