Steel storage tank projects are indispensable and crucial infrastructure in industries such as petrochemicals, food, fire protection, transportation, metallurgy, and more. In our economic life, steel storage tanks of all sizes are always present, and their significant role in the national economic development is irreplaceable. Steel storage tanks are used for storing various liquidsSpecial equipment for raw materials and finished products (or gases), for many enterprises, without storage tanks, production cannot be carried out normally. This is especially true for national strategic material reserves, which all rely on various capacities and types of storage tanks. In our country, oil storage facilities are mainly above-ground tanks, with a majority being metallic structures.
II. Tank Classification:
Due to the variety of storage media, the shapes of storage tanks are also diverse.
By location classification: They can be divided into above-ground tanks, underground tanks, semi-underground tanks, offshore tanks, and submarine tanks, etc.
By oil type classification: Can be divided into:Oil storage tanks, fuel storage tanks, lubricating oil tanks, edible oil tanks, firewater tanks, etc.
Categorized by use: They can be divided into production tanks and storage tanks, etc.
By form classification: They can be divided into vertical storage tanks, horizontal storage tanks, etc.
By structure type: Fixed roof storage tanks, floating roof storage tanks, spherical storage tanks, etc.
Categorized by size:Above 100m³ are large storage tanks, mostly vertical; below 100m³ are small storage tanks, mostly horizontal.

Inspection of hanging ear steel-lined plastic mixing tanks typically involves two categories: medium repair and major repair. Among them, the medium repair cycle is for60 to 120 days, the major overhaul cycle is 12 months. For the medium repair, the primary task is to eliminate phenomena such as running, leaking, dripping, and spilling on the storage tank, as well as replacing some parts that are severely worn or damaged. The major overhaul, on the other hand, builds upon the medium repair with additional tasks like repairs and fixes, allowing for a more detailed inspection.
