Steel LiningThe PO mother liquid tank is lined with polyethylene (PO) for corrosion resistance, formed by the rotational molding process. This process connects the plastic lining to the steel body through a stamped steel mesh, ensuring the steel and plastic layers are securely bonded and do not easily separate. The product exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life after the plastic lining. The thickness of the lining can be produced according to customer requirements (usually 15-20mm). The lining equipment volume ranges from 1m3 to 250m3. It resolves the delamination issue caused by the inconsistent thermal expansion and contraction of plastic and steel plates, enhancing the product's reliability. The product can be used at high temperatures up to 95°C and low temperatures down to -40°C, meeting the requirements of different regions and temperature differences.
