These plastic tanks are produced without any additives or plastic fillers, entirely crafted from a single, identical material. From the tank body to the inlets and outlets, manholes, and flanges, everything is formed in one piece without any welds. Therefore, the tanks are non-leaking, non-toxic, lightweight, resistant to aging and impact, corrosion-resistant, long-lasting, and meet hygiene standards. Their prices are significantly lower than stainless steel tanks, regular fiberglass tanks, polypropylene tanks, and polyvinyl chloride storage tanks, and they have a longer service life under natural conditions. II. Steel-Lined Plastic (Polyethylene) Storage and Transportation Containers, Reaction Equipment Series: Steel-lined plastic (tortoise shell lining - steel, mesh, plastic combined) is the essence of the steel-plastic composite product series. It involves welding steel mesh (tortoise shell) onto the surface of the steel body, using polyethylene as the raw material and forming it in one piece on the steel surface with the rotomolding process (rotomolding technique). Since the steel mesh (tortoise shell) is integrated with the polyethylene and welded to the steel body, it makes the polyethylene difficult to脱离 the steel surface. Thus, it is an extremely corrosion-resistant product. The inner lining of the product is smooth, solid, and durable, offering superior corrosion resistance, non-leakage, non-peeling, wear resistance, and a long service life compared to traditional steel-lined plastic plate storage tanks and steel-lined fiberglass storage tanks. It is an ideal storage and transportation container for corrosive liquids.
