I. Definition
Pipe muffler (muffler) products mainlyEffective noise reduction for steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments。
II. Usage
For use with: Steam BoilersSteam related to thermal equipmentEmissionThe noise emitted can reach up to 130 decibels.
III.Features
Pipe silencers (mufflers) are primarily used for effectively silencing steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the steam emissions and noise reduction of gases in industries such as oil, chemical, metallurgy, and textiles..A muffler is a device that blocks sound from spreading while allowing air flow through.Significant measures for reducing steam exhaust dynamic noiseWhen assessing the quality of an exhaust muffler, consider the following three main aspects:
The noise reduction of the pipeline silencer meets the requirements of the "Noise Hygiene Standard for Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipe mufflers are adaptable to low to medium frequency bandwidths and high-temperature, high-pressure conditions.
3. The pipeline silencer features reasonable structural dimensions, low cost, and long service life.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide frequency band of emissions. Simply relying on small-hole noise reduction is insufficient. The Zuli Exhaust Noise Attenuator is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, jet, and obstruction, featuring large noise reduction capacity, wide frequency band adaptation, and targeted design (for various parameters such as low-pressure, medium-pressure, sub-high-pressure, high-pressure, ultra-high-pressure, subcritical, and supercritical, etc., of boiler and pressure vessel pipeline exhaust), with the advantages of easy manufacturing and installation of the noise reduction tube made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV).
FourPrinciple
Boiler exhaust silencers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. Steam emissions from power plant boilers typically have high flow rates, which significantly impact the noise reduction effect on small apertures. Therefore, we need to control the flow first, and then the steam that has passed through the initial flow control enters the expansion chamber for further pressure reduction and noise reduction. After the steam undergoes large-volume pressure reduction, it forms low-pressure steam that is ejected. During this process, the gas flow is ejected through small apertures. The sound power across different frequency bands is reduced after ejection, and the sound pressure level frequencies are pushed to above 20,000 Hz, significantly diminishing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires further reduction. We add a resistive absorbent material structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed based on the spectrum characteristics of the remaining noise emitted by the pressure reduction body to effectively absorb the residual noise. Once the user installs it according to specifications, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the required standard.
FiveSelection
The mufflers are meticulously designed according to the user's emissions target and requirements; accordingly, only products that match the emissions target and parameters can be approved.SureExcellent sound-dampening effect.
