Steam mufflers are primarily used for effective noise reduction of steam emissions from boilers in industries such as power, oil, chemicals, metallurgy, and textiles, as well as other gas exhaust noise reduction.EliminateKey measures for steam exhaust noise. The steam discharged from various boilers is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide frequency bandwidth. To evaluate the quality of steam exhaust mufflers, we mainly consider the following three aspects:
The noise reduction of the boiler steam muffler meets the requirements of the "Industrial Enterprise Noise Standard."
2. The muffler can accommodate various frequencies, high temperatures, and pressures (low, medium, and high pressures; ultra-high pressure; subcritical; supercritical).
3. The muffler has good structural quality (reasonable size, high strength, long lifespan, easy installation).
Introduction to Small Hole (JSTK) Steam Muffler
The small-hole muffler consists of a straight tube with one end sealed and a casing, with many small holes drilled into both the tube wall and the casing. The principle of the small-hole muffler is based on the spectrum of jet noise. By maintaining the total area of the nozzle while replacing it with many small nozzles, the spectrum of the jet noise shifts towards high or ultra-high frequencies as the airflow passes through the small holes, significantly reducing the audible components in the spectrum, thereby minimizing interference and harm to humans.
The small-hole muffler boasts a simple structure, light weight, and easy installation.
Small hole muffler installation: Due to its light weight, the small hole muffler can be installed simply by welding the pipe or connecting with a flange.
2. Introduction to the New I(JSTB) Type Steam Muffler
New-typeThe I-type muffler is a device that appropriately combines sound absorption and reflection. It causes the noise propagating along the pipeline to attenuate with distance, and by passing through the pipeline cross-sectional area, it reflects certain frequencies of sound waves back towards the source at abrupt changes, thereby achieving the noise reduction goal.
New-typeThe I-type muffler is effectively combined of expanded volume muffling and impedance absorbent materials through an appropriate structure, which can effectively...EliminateLow, medium, and high-frequency noise.
New typeThe installation of the Type I silencer is extremely simple; just bolt the bracket or base to the corresponding position and connect the pipe (welded or flanged).
3. Introduction to the New Type II (JSTA) Steam Muffler
Our newly invented muffler is a novel structural design developed by our company. Its external structure is similar to that of a standard composite muffler, but the difference lies in the fact that our independently developed heat absorption displacement device is installed at the bottom of the muffler.
Effectively prevents equipment vibration and other issues caused by pipeline displacement.
