This machine is developed and manufactured by our factory, featuring a patent and a grain cleaning system that combines wind selection and gravity separation based on the size, weight, or outline differences of materials. It operates using positive pressure, leveraging the combined effects of air flow and vibration friction on the materials. Heavier materials settle to the bottom, while lighter ones are moved upwards through the sieve surface's vibration and friction. Lighter materials are suspended on the surface of the material layer and flow downwards under the action of air flow, achieving separation by density. The machine effectively removes impurities from the materials, such as moldy and rotten grains, insect-eaten grains, black spot disease grains, chaff, sprouted grains, large heavy impurities, small heavy impurities, and dust. It is widely used for the cleaning processing of seeds and forms of grass seeds from crops like corn, wheat, rice, cassia seed, soybean, vegetables, and seeds of forage, horticultural, and forestry species.
