T31 epoxy resin hardener is an amine curing agent modified with aliphatic amines. Through modification, it has a larger molecular weight, resulting in lower volatility. It is also a practically non-toxic compound, significantly enhancing safety. Due to the introduction of groups promoting the curing of epoxy resins during the modification process, it is possible to cure epoxy resins at lower temperatures.

Application
T31 epoxy hardener is widely used in chemical construction anti-corrosion, coatings, adhesives, and more.
T31 hardener addition: The recommended amount of T31 hardener for 100 parts of E-44 epoxy resin is
0°C Usage: 25-30, 15°C Usage: 18-22, 25°C Usage: 16-20, T31 hardener
When using T31 hardener, epoxy resin can be diluted with ethanol, xylene, or acetone. The type and amount of diluent affect the curing speed, with the curing speed being: ethanol > xylene > acetone. In higher temperatures, when using T31, using acetone as a diluent can reduce the curing speed and extend the usable time. When mixing epoxy resin with phenolic resin, ethanol should be used as the diluent; acetone is not recommended.
