Features and Applications
Polyester emulsion is used in anti-corrosion construction projects to produce polymer cement mortar. Polyester emulsion cement mortar, also known as polyacrylate mortar, boasts excellent adhesion, impermeability, anti-aging, and corrosion resistance.
Polypropylene mortar has a higher bonding strength with steel compared to ordinary cement mortar.Over 1X, bonding strength is 2-4X higher than that of old mortar. Polyvinyl acetate emulsion mortar exhibits significantly improved crack resistance, carbonation resistance, and denseness compared to common cement mortar. It also has excellent frost resistance.
Instructions for Use
Reference mixing ratio for acrylic emulsion putty and mortar:
Polyacrylate Emulsion Putty, Polyacrylate Emulsion Mortar525 Ordinary Silicate Cement, 100-100 Acrylic Emulsion, 25-35-25-38 Defoamer, 0.3-0.3 Calcium Carbonate Powder, 100-200-100-150 Sand, 0.1-10 Water
Stir first to blend cement and sand or powder evenly, then add acrylic emulsion and water to the mixture. The mixed material should be used withinUse within 45 minutes.
The subgrade must be clean, and the surface should be moist but free of standing water. Post-construction, the area should be kept moist for curing.
