Features and Applications
JN9001 phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin contains multiple stable benzene ring structures and has multiple double bonds at the end groups, resulting in a high crosslinking density. Consequently, it exhibits excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance in vinyl ester resins. It can withstand acids, alkalis, various solvents, and some oxidative media. It is suitable for manufacturing glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) products with strong corrosion resistance, such as FRP linings, resin mortars, putties, and flake coatings. It is commonly used in high-temperature chlorination equipment, alkali purification and storage equipment, solvent and solvent extraction equipment, acid washing flooring, acid tank trucks and storage tanks, oil and gasoline storage tanks and linings, integral FRP desulfurization towers, FRP chimneys, and more. Maximum service temperature is 120°C.
