T31 epoxy resin hardener is an amine curing agent modified with aliphatic amines. Through modification, it has a higher molecular weight, resulting in lower volatility. It is also a practically non-toxic compound, significantly enhancing safety in use. Due to the introduction of groups that promote the curing of epoxy resins during the modification process, it is possible to cure epoxy resins at lower temperatures.

Application
T31 epoxy hardener is widely used in chemical construction anti-corrosion, coatings, adhesives, and more.
T31 hardener addition: The recommended amount of T31 hardener for 100 parts of E-44 epoxy resin is
0℃ Usage: 25-30, 15℃ Usage: 18-22, 25℃ Usage: 16-20, T31 hardener
When using T31 hardener, epoxy resin can be thinned with ethanol, xylene, or acetone. The type and amount of thinner affect the curing speed, with the order being: ethanol > xylene > acetone. In higher temperatures, using T31 with acetone as the thinner can slow down the curing speed and extend the usable time. When mixing with phenolic resin, ethanol should be used as the thinner; acetone is not recommended.
