Features & Applications
The HF9200 resin combines the advantages of both epoxy and furan resins, such as excellent resistance to acids and alkalis; higher temperature resistance than epoxy; improved brittleness of both epoxy and furan; low viscosity, strong penetration, faster curing speed than commonly used self-mixed materials, and improved curing on damp surfaces; factory-produced, two-component supply, simplified mixing, easy to use, and conducive to ensuring the quality of the project.
HF9200 resin is suitable for making heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings, used for protecting the inner walls of equipment or the surface of concrete; it can also be used to produce resin mortar and plaster for corrosion-resistant flooring and brick or board linings, ideal for environments with alternating acidic and alkaline conditions.
The HF9200 resin can be cured at room temperature, and heating treatment (80℃-120℃) yields better results if conditions permit.
HF9200 Epoxy Furan Resin has a high operating temperature of 120°C, but please note that the temperature varies depending on the medium. For use at higher temperatures, further inquiry or testing is required to confirm.

Mix Ratio and Precautions
Resin mortar mix ratio:
HF9200A 100 pieces/HF9200B 25 pieces/Quartz powder or Cast stone powder 200~300 pieces
Resin mortar mix ratio:
HF9200A 100 pieces/HF9200B 25 pieces/Quartz powder or Cast stone powder 200 pieces/Quartz sand 100-300 pieces
Please note:HF9200 resin must be used with the factory's A and B components. No additional thinner is allowed for HF9200 resin.
Storage and Packaging
HF9200A and B have a shelf life of one year. The viscosity remains largely unchanged after one year and can still be used. Store in a cool place and avoid contact with open flames.
The HF9200 comes in 200kg iron drums.
