The HF9200 resin combines the benefits of both epoxy and furan resins, such as excellent resistance to acids and alkalis; higher thermal resistance than epoxy resins; improved brittleness of both epoxy and furan; low viscosity, strong penetration, faster curing speed than commonly used self-mixed materials, and improved curing on damp surfaces; factory-produced, two-component supply, simplified mixing, easy to use, and conducive to ensuring the quality of construction work.
HF9200 resin is suitable for producing heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings, used for protecting the interior walls of equipment or the surface of concrete against corrosion. It can also be used to make resin mortar and砂浆for corrosive-resistant flooring and lining bricks and boards, and is applicable in environments with alternating acid and alkali.
The HF9200 resin can be cured at room temperature, and heating treatment (80℃-120℃) is recommended for better results if conditions permit.
HF9200 Epoxy Furan Resin has a high operating temperature of 120°C, but please note that the operating temperature varies with different media. For use at higher temperatures, further inquiry or testing is required to confirm.

Mix Ratio and Precautions
Resin adhesive mud mixing ratio:
HF9200A 100 pieces/HF9200B 25 pieces/Quartz powder or Cast stone powder 200~300 pieces
Resin mortar mixing ratio:
HF9200A 100 pieces/HF9200B 25 pieces/Quartz powder or Cast stone powder 200 pieces/Quartz sand 100-300 pieces
Please note: HF9200 resin must be used with our factory's A and B components. Do not add any thinner to the HF9200 resin.
Storage and Packaging
HF9200A & B have a storage life of one year; their viscosity changes minimally after one year and can still be used. Store in a cool place and avoid contact with open flames.
The HF9200 comes in 200kg iron drums.
