HF9200 is a reactive epoxy furan resin, available in a two-component system. HF9200A is the resin component, and HF9200B is the hardener component. The HF9200 resin is an improved version of the commonly used epoxy/furan resin (70/30) base. It does not simply mix the epoxy and furan resins physically; the hardener is also specially processed. When mixed, both components A and B participate in the cross-linking reaction. The usage ratio of components A and B is 100:20-25.

Features and Applications
The HF9200 resin combines the advantages of both epoxy and furan resins, such as excellent resistance to acids and alkalis; higher temperature resistance than epoxy; improved brittleness of both epoxy and furan; low viscosity, strong penetration, faster curing speed than commonly used self-mixed materials, and improved curing on moist surfaces; factory-produced, two-component supply, simplified mixing, easy to use, and conducive to ensuring the quality of construction work.
HF9200 resin is suitable for producing heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings, used for the internal lining of equipment or the corrosion protection of concrete surfaces; it can also be used to make resin mortars and screeds for corrosion-resistant floors and brick or plate linings, ideal for environments with alternating acidic and alkaline conditions.
The HF9200 resin can be cured at room temperature; heating treatment (80℃-120℃) is recommended if conditions allow for enhanced results.
HF9200 Epoxy Furan Resin has a high service temperature of 120℃, but please note that the service temperature varies with different media. If you need to use it at a higher temperature, further inquiry or testing is required to confirm.

Mix Ratio and Precautions
Resin mortar mixing ratio:
HF9200A 100 pieces/HF9200B 25 pieces/Quartz powder or Cast stone powder 200~300 pieces
Resin mortar mix ratio:
HF9200A 100 pieces/HF9200B 25 pieces/Quartz powder or Cast stone powder 200 pieces/Quartz sand 100-300 pieces
Please note:HF9200 resin must be used with the factory's A and B components. No additional thinner is allowed for HF9200 resin.
Storage and Packaging
HF9200A and B have a shelf life of one year; the viscosity remains largely unchanged after one year and can still be used. Store in a cool place and avoid contact with open flame.
HF9200 comes in 200kg iron drums.
