HF9200 is a reactive epoxy furan resin, available in a two-component system. HF9200A is the resin component, while HF9200B is the hardener component. The HF9200 resin is an improved version of the commonly used epoxy/furan resin (70/30) system. It does not simply mix the epoxy and furan resins physically, and the hardener is also specially processed for optimal performance. When the A and B components are mixed, a variety of compositions can participate in the cross-linking reaction. The recommended mixing ratio for components A and B is 100:20-25.

Features and Applications
The HF9200 resin combines the advantages of both epoxy and furan resins, such as excellent resistance to acids and alkalis; higher thermal resistance than epoxy resins; improved brittleness of epoxy and furan; low viscosity, strong penetration, faster curing speed than commonly used self-mixed materials, and improved curing on moist surfaces; factory-produced, two-component supply, simplified mixing, easy to use, and beneficial for ensuring the quality of the project.
HF9200 resin is suitable for making heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings, used for the inner wall of equipment or the surface of concrete for corrosion protection; it can also be used to make resin mortars and cements for corrosion-resistant flooring and brick or board linings, suitable for environments with alternating acidity and alkalinity.
The HF9200 resin can be cured at room temperature, and the effect is even better if heated (80℃-120℃) under conditions.
The HF9200 epoxy furan resin has a high operating temperature of 120°C, but please note that the operating temperature varies depending on the medium. If use at higher temperatures is required, further inquiry or testing is necessary to confirm.

Mix Ratio and Precautions
Resin mortar mixing ratio:
HF9200A 100 pieces/HF9200B 25 pieces/Quartz powder or cast stone powder 200~300 pieces
Resin mortar mix ratio:
HF9200A 100 units/HF9200B 25 units/Quartz powder or Cast Stone powder 200 units/Quartz sand 100-300 units
Please note: The HF9200 resin must be used with our factory's A and B components. Do not add any diluent to the HF9200 resin.
Storage and Packaging
HF9200A and B have a shelf life of one year. The viscosity remains largely unchanged after one year and can still be used. Store in a cool place and avoid contact with open flame.
The HF9200 comes in 200kg iron drums.
