Section 1. Working Principle of Bag Unpacking Machine
Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag strap of the packaging bag on the rigid bracket.
2. Operate the hoist to lift and move along the track to the overhead area of the unloading zone, then lower the packaging bag to the position of the operation box.
3. The opening device includes an artificial unloading glove box (recyclable for ton bag) and a rotating blade cutting device (non-recyclable for ton bag), for customer selection. After unpacking, the material starts to be discharged along the pipeline chute under the action of gravity. The discharge is done using a screw feeder. To ensure smooth flow of material within the packaging bags and pipes, a bag-tapping mechanism repeatedly打击 packaging bags to break up clumps and facilitate the material's descent, ensuring no residue remains in the ton bags.
